Rental Information
Bayshore condo units are privately owned. Please contact the owner for rental information, service or maintenance.
Bayshore owners are reminded that if you rent your unit out for a period of less than thirty (30) days you must register your unit and comply with the City of Big Bear Lake Ordinance No. 2021-488. The
Big Bear Discovery Center is an educational and informational portal
to the Forest and is located a short six-mile trip from Bayshore on Highway 38
just east of Fawnskin on the north side of the lake. The wood carving off the parking lot near the south pool depicts the bears
living in the San Bernardino National Forest.
The
north and south pools and south spa are closed for the fall and winter. The north spa is open
at 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. Have fun. Please clean up after yourself when you leave.
